Risk Assessment & Asset Register
A Council has a statutory duty to prepare and continuously review documents for the management and running of the Council.
Standing Orders describe how a Council should operate and the Financial Regulations state how the Council should adhere to policies in running its finances.
The Code of Conduct is signed up to by all members of the Council and is a committement to how they behave and the completion of the Register of Interests
The Risk Analysis outlines the various areas of risk for the Council and how it is mitigated and the Asset Register lists the assets of the Council from land that it owns to the furniture and computer equipment in the offices. Please note that Councils do not depreciate assets.
The Model Publications is a document providing information about where information is stored and the ICO certificate is to show that the Council is signed up to the Information Commissioners office. Insurance Certificates show that there is valid insurance for the Council and its staff.
